Who We Are
Royal Oak Homes is family owned and operated with deep roots in the real estate industry going back to the 1990s. Having learnt renovations at a young age through working with their father on his rental properties, twin brothers, Peter and Lukasz, discovered their passion early on. The two brothers earned engineering degrees at University of Western Ontario where they excelled at project management. After graduating, they began investing in rental/income properties until they were able to purchase land to begin building their first custom homes as Royal Oak Homes. Royal Oak Homes takes pride in being a medium volume builder with emphasis on providing a custom home experience.

Lines of communication are always open to ensure the customer is heard and has input at every level of production. You will always find us on-site and accessible to the customer through the build process, material selection, and design. Once you take possession of your new home, we are the ones who service all your after sales needs. All of Royal Oak’s custom homes are covered by Tarion Warranty and we pride ourselves on having an outstanding reputation.
